Benoit Paturel mist de Grand Prix van Argentinie

De Gebben Van Venrooy Kawasaki rijder Benoit Paturel zal niet starten tijdens de eerste GP in Argentinië. De Fransman is gisteren geopereerd aan beide armen. Het kapsel in de armen zorgde ervoor dat er onvoldoende doorbloeding mogelijk was en hierdoor werd hem het rijden onmogelijk gemaakt.

Over 3 weken zal Benoit terugkeren op de motor en zal in Matterley Basin zijn debuut maken voor het team uit Rogat

 

 

Benoit Paturel out for the Grand Prix of Argentina

Benoit Paturel of the Gebben van Venrooy Kawasaki team will not race the opening round of the world championship in Argentina. The Frenchman had surgery on both his arms earlier this week. Benoit had the compartment syndrome which results from high tissue fluid pressure in his forearms that leads to reduced capillary perfusion below the level necessary for tissue viability. Due to this problem he wasn’t able to ride the bike like he normally can.

Benoit will be out for three weeks and will return in the world championship at the second round in Matterley Basin, Great Britain.
